Faces of AL21A: Charlotte Venables
Charlotte Venables
Meet Charlotte, our stellar Project Manager on Altadore 21A! Charlotte really showcased her talent and skill on this project, amidst an unpredictable past year.
As Project Manager, what has been the most enjoyable part of working on AL21A?
Going over the fine details with the team and finding ways to enhance the spaces while staying within budget.
What was the most difficult part of bringing AL21A to life and how have you overcome it?
It is a very intricate project, there have been challenges that have come up last minute. Solving these challenges as quickly and smoothly as possible is the goal, and always keeping a calm level mind is the way to overcome them.
"The courtyard in the back will really bring a personal community feel for the residents.”
What is your feature in the design of AL21A?
Budgetary wise, we originally weren’t able to put the RNDSQR feature screens into the project (Materials had become 4x the cost). However, at the right time we were able to get pricing down and invest in the screen, we are super excited to see how it turns out!
What do you believe makes AL21A a unique building to Altadore?
The courtyard in the back will really bring a personal community feel for the residents.
What part of the condo designs do you think new tenants will enjoy most?
I am biased, everything! The unit layouts were really well thought out.
What are you most proud of in working on AL21A?
Just where we are at now, the challenges and starting to see the building take form is always the second best highlight of every project. Seeing it 100% complete is the first and I am really excited to see the finished product.
