Welcome to Part IV of Faces of RNDSQR.
Kelly Devani
Kelly is an unstoppable force within RNDSQR. She crosses our T’s and dots our I’s while overseeing our townhome sites and warranty. Not only that but she is a parent to two great kids, loves travelling and has an infectious laugh.
Charlotte Venables
Meet Charlotte, Charlotte joined our team a few months ago as a Project Manager to bring our General Block project across the finish line. We think she’s brave, funny, and has a pretty cute puppy named Gimlet.
Where are your favourite places to go in Calgary?
KD: My favorite thing to do in Calgary is eat so any of the endless amazing restaurant choices in the city. And if the patio is open even better. I also love a good bike ride with the family!
CV: Calgary is still so new to me, but being a big foodie, there seems to be endless new places to try amazing dishes! Those amazing places are my favourite places.
What does ‘home’ mean to you?
KD: Home is anywhere my family is. Home is warm, inviting and often chaotic in the best way. Talking, laughing, eating and just being together. Home is where our family comes together, wherever that may be.
CV: Home to me is not necessarily a place, but where my loved ones are. <3

What is your proudest moment at RNDSQR?
KD: Proudest moment working at RNDSQR has to be bringing our Peaks project to completion, working with our incredible team, seeing the buildings come together and watching our residents taking possession was a huge moment for me.
CV: My proudest moments so far is having a challenge at hand and solving it, being able to look at the situation after and feel proud of the results.
What would you do if you had infinite time and resources?
KD: Travel. I would love to take my family to different parts of the world and immerse ourselves in the local culture and communities of these areas for a time.
CV: I would travel based on my food cravings and visit all of the museums in the world. (basically going to Japan every few weeks).
What's your favourite RNDSQR project and why?
KD: At the moment I am marvelling at our CY33 project. The incredible design and impact it has already had on the Marda Loop area is just amazing. I am so excited to watch the progression and look forward to seeing the building come alive with residents and local business.
CV: I am obsessed with RNDSQR Block, can’t wait to see that project come to life. I think it would add such value to Calgary’s landscape.

What was your dream career growing up?
KD: Growing up I wanted to be a cinematographer! I love movies so much and have always been intrigued about the whole movie making process.
CV: I wanted to be an artist of some sort! Building things was a close second.
