Nestled at the east end of Marda Loop, Yoga Nova has envisioned a space where everyone feels comfortable and connected. Talking is encouraged, and assistance with poses will ensure you get the most out of your practice. Class offerings include varying temperatures and quirky names like 'Be Open' and 'The Restoration,' as well as private classes and workshops. You can expect a new experience with every visit.
